At Glamoh, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
We offer Return and Exchange only if you receive the wrong product.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size selected by the customer
- Color preference
- Personal dislike
- Used, washed, or damaged products after delivery
Return Request Timeline
- You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Return or exchange requests received after 3 days of delivery may not be accepted.

- Reason for Return/Exchange
- Clear photos of the product received
Return Process
Once your request is approved:
- Our team will verify the details shared by you.
- We will arrange a pickup from your delivery address (where service is available).
- The returned product will undergo a quality inspection after it reaches our warehouse.

After successful verification:
- A replacement product will be dispatched (for exchange), or
- Your refund will be processed (if applicable).
Product Condition
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The product must be unused and unwashed.
- All original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging must be intact.
- The product should be returned in its original condition.
Products that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for return or exchange.
Refund Policy
Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, the refund will be initiated.
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Our team will contact you to collect your bank account or UPI details for processing the refund.
Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after successful verification. The time taken for the amount to reflect depends on your bank or payment provider.
Exchange Policy
If the wrong product has been delivered, we will send the correct replacement after the returned product has been received and verified.
Exchange is subject to product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless a wrong product has been delivered:
- Used or washed products
- Products without original tags or packaging
- Products damaged after delivery
- Requests made after the 3-day return window
